Family Health Care & Walk-In Center offers self-pay after-hours telehealth visits for patients who need medical care outside regular office hours.

Appointments are available for patients physically located in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or South Dakota at the time of the visit.

When to Use After-Hours Care

After-hours visits are appropriate for:

  • Fever

  • Sore throat

  • Ear pain

  • Cold or flu symptoms

  • Urinary symptoms

  • Minor infections

  • Rashes

  • Mild asthma symptoms
